Swans Trail Farms is a place for families to make lasting memories - and it's all thanks to the faces of our family farm team! Our staff consists of friendly activity supervisors, cashiers, parking lot attendants and more who help provide an irreplaceable experience that guests won't soon forget. It’s no surprise why some past customers want in on the fun; many have joined us as seasonal workers helping to pass along the fun and memories they experienced during their own memorable visits!

These are great jobs for mature and personable high school and college students, retired folks, stay-at-home parents, and anyone looking for a family-friendly, enjoyable workplace.

Attractions Team Members

Welcome our guests, make them smile, ensuring close attention to safety makes for a great experience every time. This position includes:

  • Monitoring activities such as our jumping pillows, ziplines, slides, petting farm, checking wristbands at entrances, etc.
  • You must be able to confidently give instructions and keep an eye out for safety. 

Utility Team Members

If you have a "can do" attitude and like to make things happen, a Utility Team Member just might be your calling!

From running product to different parts of the farm, restocking, emptying garbage cans, wiping tables, and all around supporting every area of the festival, this is a critical role during our festivals.  

Admissions & Cashiers

Whether working in Admissions, Country Store, Concessions Cashier, Gem Mining, or Strawberry/Apple/Pumpkin Sales, cashiers thrive in a fast-paced environment. They love:

  • Interacting with guests by sharing information,
  • Answering questions
  • Providing an excellent guest experience.

Food & Beverage Team Members

The cornerstone of festival operations, our operations and service employees keep all stations of the farm stocked, clean, and fully supported. This could include:

  • Running supplies to workstations and restocking
  • Emptying garbage cans and wiping tables
  • Washing dishes

Tractor Drivers

During our Baby Animals & Berries Festival our tractor drivers offer a fun and memorable drive, offering up information and telling stories to our guests!

During our Fall Festival, our tractor drivers safely drive guests to and from the Pumpkin Patch, Corn Maze, and Apple Orchard while communicating with our guests in a fun and entertaining manner. 

Pumpkin Mongers

Is your motto “work hard, play hard”? A pumpkin monger does well pivoting between tasks, likes to be active, works well on a team, and is not shy of getting dirty while having fun!  Responsibilities include:

  • Parking lot assistance
  • Retrieving wheelbarrows
  • Picking/loading pumpkins
  • If it gets really muddy helping cars out of the mud!
