An admission fee is required for entrance to festival attractions. There is no admission fee U-Pick, Country Store, and Food Concessions areas. 

Swans Trail Farms accepts school checks, credit cards and Google and Apple Pay. A 3% service fee is added to credit card purchases. All payments are due when you check in for your visit. Purchase Orders are accepted, but must be provided prior to your visit.

Yes! There are discounts for infants, seniors, and 1:1 Aides. See the ticketing page for discounted pricing. We do not offer any group, military, or handicapped discounts at this time.

Some walk-up tickets may be available for a slightly higher price. (Check the website to see if we are already sold out). Walk-up tickets are on a first-come, first-serve basis and sell out quickly. We recommend pre-purchasing tickets online to ensure a spot!

You may transfer your Single-Day General Admission tickets to a family member or friend. Contact admissionshelp@swanstrailfarms.com for assistance with transferring tickets. Please allow 24 hours for a response to your transfer request. Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or time. There are no refunds for purchased tickets or transfers to a lower priced ticket.

• Tip: Ticket holders also have the opportunity to transfer purchased tickets to another party using the "Manage Tickets" option on the ticketing page. This option is available up until the day of the event listed on the ticket.

We understand how frustrating not receiving your tickets can be! First, did you check your email spam folder and ensure you used an active email/phone number to make the reservation? Take a look and see if you can locate them. If not, go back to the event ticketing page and select "Manage Tickets". From there you can print or email your tickets. If you still cannot locate your tickets, please email admissionshelp@swanstrailfarms.com for assistance. 

When you check in at the farm, you will receive a wristband giving you admission for the day. You can leave and come back on the same day without a second check-in.

We do not give produce, discounts, or wholesale pricing for donations. If you would like a donation for your event, we decide on a case-by-case basis and offer festival ticket vouchers. Your event must take place in the current calendar year, prior to the end of our season.

We do not offer group or military discounts at this time.

Yes, we welcome parents and siblings, but it is ultimately up to each school to decide on this. The admission fee for siblings is the same as for the students. Parents and chaperones are $14 +tax per person. We ask for the school to collect payments for the parents and siblings in advance. We require one payment transaction per field trip. 

Yes, of course. Please email fieldtrips@swanstrailfarms.com to make change your reservation. Please be aware that we often reach our maximum attendance for field trip reservations. Please check with us for our availability before adding new participants to your group. 

We're so happy you are having fun and want to stay beyond your 90-minute Field Trip! If you would like to stay to enjoy the play areas and Animal Barn, please check in at the Admissions Booth to purchase a discounted General Admission wristband for $5 +tax per person. If you would like to visit the Pumpkin Patch, Apple Orchard, Country Store, or Food areas, there is no charge to stay.
